How we trade
From your quote to a delivered lot
- You quote
Product and model, quantity, condition, packing, price EXW or delivered, and lead time. One short list is enough, and nothing is committed on either side.
- We confirm the buyer
We take the lot to Swedish trade buyers in that category and come back with a firm order or a clear no, normally within a week. We ask you to hold the quantity for seven days while we do.
- We order
Purchase order against your quote, with the price, quantity, packing and delivery terms written out. Payment against proof of dispatch, on arrival, or on agreed credit terms.
- You ship direct
Goods go from your warehouse to the Swedish buyer or to a terminal in Gothenburg. We handle the Swedish end: the contract, the invoice and the customer.
Terms of trade
What a supplier needs to know
- VAT
- We are VAT registered in Sweden under SE559456441001. Intra-EU supplies to us are invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge, and we account for the acquisition in Sweden. Our VAT number is live in VIES and can be verified before you invoice.
- Incoterms
- EXW, FCA or DAP. State which your price is based on. Where the price is EXW we book and pay the freight.
- Payment
- Bank transfer in EUR or SEK. With a new supplier we pay against proof of dispatch or on arrival; on agreed credit terms once we have traded.
- Packing
- Palletised and shrink-wrapped, EUR pallets preferred. Tell us pallet count, gross weight and dimensions in the quote so we can price the freight with it.
- Branded goods
- We ask where the goods were first sold inside the EEA and for documentation of it, together with the declaration of conformity and manufacturer details where the product requires them.
- Claims
- The Swedish buyer inspects on arrival. Shortages and transit damage are reported to you within 14 days of delivery, with photographs and the carrier's documents.
- First order
- With a new supplier we start small. A test lot tells us both more than a long contract does.
The Swedish end
Why the goods sell here
Programmetic International AB is under the same ownership as Budgiv (Nuvid AI AB), a Swedish business-to-business brokerage. Budgiv holds a register of more than 1,300 Swedish companies that buy goods lots from other businesses: wholesalers, retailers, electronics and machinery dealers, event companies and second-hand traders. That is the channel your goods reach, and it is why we can tell you within days whether a lot sells and at what price, instead of holding it and hoping.
